INTERNAL COMPLAINT COMMITTEE (ICC)
The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) is a statutory body constituted by the institution to prevent, prohibit, and redress complaints of sexual harassment of women at the workplace, in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. It ensures a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for women employees and students.
- To ensure a safe and harassment-free workplace.
- To prevent and address sexual harassment as per the POSH Act, 2013.
- To receive and resolve complaints in a fair and confidential manner.
- To promote awareness and gender sensitivity.
- To uphold dignity, equality, and respect on campus.
