Department of Chemistry

The Department of Chemistry was established in the Academic Year 2022 with the objective of motivating students to pursue chemistry as a career. The job potential for chemists is currently very high, and there are ample opportunities to encourage research in chemistry. The department has been upgraded with state-of-the-art laboratory facilities. Additionally, workshops have been organized with participants from various institutes and universities in Tamil Nadu.
